Rasmussen Obama index at -13

Well, the decision to go to war with Fox News has really paid dividends for this White House. According to the latest Rasmussen presidential tracking poll, Barack Obama now has a passion index of -13, with only 27% of respondents strongly approving of his performance and 40% strongly disapproving. Overall, Obama has a -6 approval deficit:
The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Wednesday shows that 27% of the nation’s voters Strongly Approve of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as President. Forty percent (40%) Strongly Disapprove giving Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of -13. That’s just a point above the lowest level ever recorded for this President. Overall, 47% of voters say they at least somewhat approve of the President’s performance. Fifty-three percent (53%) disapprove.
