Nobel Prize-Winning Physicist Dissents!

The global warming scam is really starting to fall apart at the seems. It has become quite obvious to me that this is just the left’s religious dogma that they are trying to push as the absolute truth in science.

Here’s a flash for y0u morons on the left that espouse this crap to be incontrovertible; science is never incontrovertible. There are always more questions to ask. More theories to explore, more hypothesis to prove and challenge in their assumptions.

The science is never settled.

Nobel prize winner for physics in 1973 Dr. Ivar Giaever resigned as a Fellow from the American Physical Society (APS) on September 13, 2011 in disgust over the group’s promotion of man-made global warming fears. Climate Depot has obtained the exclusive email Giaever sent titled “I resign from APS” to APS Executive Officer Kate Kirby to announce his formal resignation.Dr. Giaever wrote to Kirby of APS: “Thank you for your letter inquiring about my membership. I did not renew it because I cannot live with the (APS) statement below (on global warming): APS: ‘The evidence is incontrovertible: Global warming is occurring. If no mitigating actions are taken, significant disruptions in the Earth’s physical and ecological systems, social systems, security and human health are likely to occur. We must reduce emissions of greenhouse gases beginning now.’Giaever announced his resignation from APS was due to the group’s belief in man-made global warming fears. Giaever explained in his email to APS: “In the APS it is ok to discuss whether the mass of the proton changes over time and how a multi-universe behaves, but the evidence of global warming is incontrovertible? The claim (how can you measure the average temperature of the whole earth for a whole year?) is that the temperature has changed from ~288.0 to ~288.8 degree Kelvin in about 150 years, which (if true) means to me is that the temperature has been amazingly stable, and both human health and happiness have definitely improved in this ‘warming’ period.”

Hire Minorities or No Government Cheese for You!

This kind of crap is par for the course with Obama and his minions. It’s typical leftist drivel about diversity. When the moron taking the test can’t pass the test, how does that have anything to do with the melanin content of their skin? It doesn’t. It reflects on the fact that they are a friggin’ moron. That’s it. FAIL.

The Obama Administration has threatened to strip a large Colorado cheese producer of its lucrative federal contracts if more minority workers aren’t hired pronto.

Word came via a Department of Labor (DOL) notice accusing the company of “discriminating against qualified African-American, Asian and Hispanic applicants.” The agency, headed by a former California congresswoman (Hilda Solis) who has launched several initiatives to protect illegal immigrants, is also demanding back wages and job offers for minorities who were rejected for employment.

Here is how the DOL determined that the company, Leprino Foods, is biased against the previously mentioned ethnic groups; only 49% of “otherwise qualified minorities” passed its jobs skills assessment exam compared to 72% of “non-minority” applicants. That means the test “adversely impacted minority applicants,” according to the DOL’s reasoning.

If more minorities don’t get hired quickly the Denver-based producer of mozzarella cheese will be stripped of its lucrative government contracts and banned from entering any future deals with Uncle Sam, according to the feds’ ultimatum. It’s safe to bet that Leprino will oblige since the company stands to lose north of $5 million in government contracts. That’s a lot of cheese!
