More of that hope and change thing. I’m really tired of it. Gas prices are especially hard on folks like myself. I drive one hour to work. 60 miles. That shit adds up pretty damn quick when it comes to putting gas in my car. The argument that drilling now won’t do anything for 10 years was said 10 years ago. What the hell are we waiting for? The Eco-Nazis need to be reigned in and muzzled. That shitty agenda of theirs has created more problems than it has solved.

Gas Prices Grow More Under Obama than Carter

Funny how they are still lower than at the summer of 2008 under Bush. Right wing propaganda trolls have one trick to get a good story, remove context. Shall we mention how fuel prices got so low to begin with, no, because that happened under Bush’s presidency and god forbid blame be placed for any economic factors that his failure of an administration influenced. While you are thrashing Obama on data that was manipulated by the worst economic downturn since the great depression I guess we might as well give him credit for growing the economy more than any president in history over a 3 year period, even though the reality of that metric also lies in the economy imploding under Bush. Oh by the way, the president has no bearing on the price of fuel, he can plead with OPEC and the domestic corporations to bring down the price but in the end that is not a presidential call. He could do what Bush did and release fuel from the strategic reserve but that would be moronic seeing that there is no energy emergency happening here.
