“In Massachusetts, a legal battle is unfolding that should resonate with every conservative who values the sanctity of the Second Amendment. Escher v. Mason isn’t just about firearms; it’s a litmus test for how we view adulthood, responsibility, and constitutional rights in contemporary America.



The Massachusetts law in question, House Bill 4885, strips legal adults aged 18 to 20 of their right to purchase, possess, or carry semiautomatic firearms and handguns. This isn’t merely overreach; it’s a direct assault on the clear text of the Second Amendment, which does not discriminate by age among “the people.” If we are to take our Constitution seriously, we must defend the rights of all citizens, not just those deemed “mature enough” by the state’s paternalistic gaze.

At the heart of this legal challenge lies a fundamental conservative principle: the inviolability of individual rights. The Founders did not carve exceptions into the Second Amendment for age. They understood that freedom and responsibility go hand in hand, which is why 18-year-olds have been historically recognized as adults — capable of voting, joining the military, and, yes, bearing arms. The Militia Act of 1792, enacted shortly after the ratification of the Second Amendment, explicitly included 18-year-olds in the national defense, expecting them to be armed like their elders.”

Nationalized Police?

I have two posts today. The one that follows this one is a re-post from 2008. When I wrote it, I got a lot of conspiracy theory like snarky comments for my effort.

Recently, there has been turmoil in our city streets. Businesses destroyed, property destroyed and police officers and National Guard told to stand down. Each and every one of these events is manufactured. They are built upon a false narrative from the media using one of our most precious rights to further an ideology and doing it with full knowledge that they are telling outright lies to the American people. Events such as these manufactured riots are not without purpose.

When added to the false narrative put out across the media people who are equivalent to black turban wearing Imams whip mobs of functional illiterates into destructive frenzy. Then, they begin to demand social justice. The very people who would cry lynch mob themselves become a destructive lynch mob. These mobs have been so worked up and the police in the cities so demonized that now police officers are being shot. The latest one just yesterday.

Then, in rides a politicized justice system whose professed purpose is to solve the manufactured problem. In other words, to deliver justice in the name of the wronged citizen. Never mind the wronged citizen robbed a store, assaulted a policeman and was returning to finish the job when he was justifiably shot. But, is that their real purpose? Or have they whipped illiterate mobs into rage to further a greater aim. A purpose even those in the mob believing someone is looking out for them and expecting favor will regret if it is ever realized. Their lives most certainly transformed – fundamentally so.

Senate Democrats No. 1 Priority After the Recess?

…Gutting the First Amendment

What will it take to wake Americans up to the fact that the idiots in the Senate are trying to take away their freedoms just as fast as they can get away with it.

It’s high time that Harry Reid is sent packing back to his little whore house in Searchlight, NV.

When the Senate reconvenes today, the No.1 legislative priority of Democrats is to pass a resolution that would gut the First Amendment, one of the few times in American history an amendment has been proposed to cut back on part of the Bill of Rights.

It’s probably no surprise they want to restrict political speech that could threaten their incumbency, but it is a bit ironic coming just a little more than one week before Constitution Day on Sept. 17.

So, the Senate and the House of Representatives return from a month-long recess and, with everything happening in the world at the moment, the legislative schedule set by Sen. Harry Reid, D-Nev., for Sept. 8, available here on the website of the “Democrats in the U.S. Senate,” includes consideration of a few nominations but lists only one legislative item: a motion to invoke cloture end debate on S.J.Res. 19.

This resolution, sponsored by Sen. Tom Udall, D-N.M., and 47 other senators (without a single Republican member), would amend the First Amendment to give Congress the power to limit fundraising and spending on political speech and political activity. The relevant language says that “Congress and the States may regulate and set reasonable limits on the raising and spending of money by candidates and others to influence elections.”

…Obama is deliberately circumventing the laws of this country and in so doing is dismantling any semblance of America’s storied dedication to the principles of freedom. I am personally ashamed of the President, the Congress and about half of the American people.

Opening the flood gates to these people will bring their third world view of things, which means that freedom isn’t on their minds, just how much free shit can they get from Uncle Sugar.

Those people generally on the left, but also from the right that think bringing in more people will some how spark an economic boom of some sort are delusional at best. From 2000 to present, all employment growth went to aliens, both legal and illegal than went to American citizens. Senate Budget Committee ranking member Sen. Jeff Sessions R-AL has warned all of his colleagues in Congress that President Barack Obama’s new immigration strategy—his plans to legalize millions of illegal alien adults through executive power—could destroy America as we know it.

“I write to inform you of a development that threatens the foundation of our constitutional Republic,” Sessions, Congress’s top immigration hawk, wrote in a letter that was hand-delivered to all 535 members of Congress on Monday and provided exclusively to Breitbart News.

Sessions cites a recent report from the National Journal, in which reporter Major Garrett detailed how, despite the ongoing crisis at the border, Obama plans to legalize anywhere from five to six million illegal alien adults in much the same way he did for illegal alien minors through the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals DACA in summer 2012.

Saving America, Step 1: Stop Re-writing History

Today, Americans have to fight daily to defend their freedoms and Constitutional rights from an overreaching government. People are fighting fiscal insanity in DC with huge annual deficits; a national debt that has now eclipsed $17,200,000,000,000; the NSA monitoring your calls, texts, and emails; the IRS’ targeting of the Tea Party; and last but no means least – Obamacare. All of these issues and many more need to be addressed and overcome if America is to survive as a country. However, I want to highlight a troubling trend that is equally important. It is time America stopped letting history be re-written. Every man, woman, and child in America has a duty and responsibility to ensure the next generation is being taught the real history of America.

Do they know the history of your founding, and what led to the revolution, and how men like Thomas Jefferson and John Adams risked their lives just by signing the Declaration of Independence? Are they told about the people who fought in the revolution and the conditions they had to overcome? (Many regularly went barefoot and shirtless, and many survived without blankets.) Are they told about great heroes like George Washington (who was not only a great general but a humble gentleman)? Or were the Founders just a bunch of men who had false wooden teeth, owned slaves, and are irrelevant in today’s world? Is your Constitution, and how it is a document that affects everyone, being taught in school? Are your kids being taught about being an individual or part of the collective? Are they being told government is the solution, or government is the problem? Are they being taught about World History and the role America plays? We all have a duty to ensure the next generation is not only being taught the history of America, but that they are being taught the TRUTH!

A source tipped me off last week to a curious occurrence: It seems that two planeloads of illegal aliens were recently shipped to Massachusetts. The first reportedly landed at Hanscom Air Force Base in Bedford. According to my tipster, approximately 160 illegal immigrants arrived on that flight and stayed nearly a week before being transferred to a Department of Homeland Security site and then released.

The second flight reportedly was diverted from Hanscom to Boston’s Logan Airport this past weekend. I am told that both Massachusetts and New Hampshire officials were on hand. I reached out to Hanscom AFB for confirmation, but did not receive a call back by my deadline.

Question: How many other military bases are stealthily being used to redistribute, house, process and release illegal border crossers?What we do know for sure is that the Obama administration already has converted several other military bases across the country into outposts for tens of thousands of illegal aliens from Central and South America.
