…and the House.

I wrote this to Sen. Feinstein and Sen. Boxer, both of whom I abhor to my core.

I know you won’t listen to me, but I’m going to say it anyway.
NO AMNESTY!
Stop destroying America with foolish legislation that does more harm to America than any other monstrosity you in the Senate have created outside of Obamacare.

Americans need jobs now.
Americans are overwhelmingly against amnesty.
We want our borders secure and we want you to enforce the laws as they are now.

This is a complete failure on your part.
I am disgusted with you and the other clown that calls herself a Senator as well.

I am one pissed off American because I am paying attention to you people destroying this country one amendment at a time.

Do what you said you would do when you swore your oath to the Constitution.
You are a liar and should be tossed out on your ass.

You aren’t listening to us and this one will cost you. No fucking amnesty. Secure the border. That’s all you need to start with.
Secure the border, then you can come back and look at the other issues.

Stop rewarding criminals and their children over America.
America has the right to secure borders and nothing you idiots have done so far has come even close to that.

Not the Senate’s version.

Not the House’s version.

America’s version. Close the borders. Make it a national security priority. 18 months and it could be done.

Stop pandering to criminal illegal aliens.

Feel free to use any of this to write your idiots in the Senate and the House.

The IRS scandal is nothing new. It’s been going on since 2008. Obama has his fingerprints all over it.

The MSM is an accomplice in every aspect of the Obama Administration’s scandals.

Strassel: Conservatives Became Targets in 2008

The Obama campaign played a big role in a liberal onslaught that far pre-dated Citizens United.

The White House insists President Obama is “outraged” by the “inappropriate” targeting and harassment of conservative groups. If true, it’s a remarkable turnaround for a man who helped pioneer those tactics.

On Aug. 21, 2008, the conservative American Issues Project ran an ad highlighting ties between candidate Obama and Bill Ayers, formerly of the Weather Underground. The Obama campaign and supporters were furious, and they pressured TV stations to pull the ad—a common-enough tactic in such ad spats.

What came next was not common. Bob Bauer, general counsel for the campaign (and later general counsel for the White House), on the same day wrote to the criminal division of the Justice Department, demanding an investigation into AIP, “its officers and directors,” and its “anonymous donors.” Mr. Bauer claimed that the nonprofit, as a 501(c)(4), was committing a “knowing and willful violation” of election law, and wanted “action to enforce against criminal violations.”

AIP gave Justice a full explanation as to why it was not in violation. It said that it operated exactly as liberal groups like Naral Pro-Choice did. It noted that it had disclosed its donor, Texas businessman Harold Simmons. Mr. Bauer’s response was a second letter to Justice calling for the prosecution of Mr. Simmons. He sent a third letter on Sept. 8, again smearing the “sham” AIP’s “illegal electoral purpose.”

Also on Sept. 8, Mr. Bauer complained to the Federal Election Commission about AIP and Mr. Simmons. He demanded that AIP turn over certain tax documents to his campaign (his right under IRS law), then sent a letter to AIP further hounding it for confidential information (to which he had no legal right).

…and why the morons in Congress should shut the fuck up about it.

…it’s not going to after it’s passed, just like the last amnesty boondoggle that was passed in 1986. The ONLY thing it does is give at least 11 million people who broke our laws amnesty for the privilege of doing so, for no other reason than to give the Democrats another permanent voting block that could change the way this country goes forward, or in the liberal case, assbackwards.

I fear that this country will lose any pretense of freedom under Democrats, and the sheeple will just fall in line and let it happen.

This farce of a bill must be stopped dead in its tracks. If the border is not enforced first and foremost, then this sham of “immigration reform” will just open the floodgates for more people and will be rife with fraud from the word go. It’s a failure before it even starts. And don’t tell me it’s for the children. That fucking line of bullshit doesn’t fly with me.

Morning Bell: Immigration Bill Doesn’t Secure the Border

Must Washington fix our broken southern border? You bet.

Will the comprehensive immigration reform bill help? You bet it won’t.

The number one flaw of the bill is it starts by giving amnesty to the unlawfully present population in the United States. As soon as the bill passes, those in the country contrary to U.S. immigration law are granted status to stay.

Amnesty immediately creates an incentive for illegal border crossings and overstays. Thus, the bill’s strategy would drive up the cost of securing the border. To make matters worse, the draft law states that anyone who was present in the U.S. before 2012 qualifies—creating massive opportunity for fraud, since there is no proof required that applicants have been here for several years.

While supporters of the bill trumpet its “border security” features, in reality, the law delivers nothing new—other than the promise of spending a lot more money and running up our debt.

They are justifying the murdering of American citizens without due process.

Where is the Supreme Court? Where is Congress?

This is not America.

The Department of Justice has developed a white paper outlining the specific circumstances under which the United States can conduct a lethal drone strike against an American citizen, a copy of which was obtained Monday by NBC News.

The paper provides the first detailed look at the criteria the Obama administration uses to judge if it can legally kill American citizens traveling abroad without the benefit of due process. The release of the administration’s legal rationale comes days before CIA nominee John Brennan is scheduled to testify before the Senate Intelligence Committee. Panel members, including Senate Intelligence Committee Chairwoman Dianne Feinstein D-Calif. and Sen. Ron Wyden D-Ore., have been pressing the administration on the issue for more than a year.

…and the lame stream media doesn’t say shit.
There’s been only one MSM news agency that’s been gnawing on the Benghazi bone from the start and that’s Fox. Why is that?
Why is the media covering up what has to be the biggest scandal in the history of the White House?

When the media got wind of Watergate, they didn’t let that one go. It ended up with Nixon being impeached. That little episode in American politics pales by comparison with this. It’s not even close.

Even if Obama is reelected he won’t be President for long. He’ll be impeached for high crimes and misdemeanors. What he has done with regard to Benghazi should also come with a lengthy prison term. His actions, or lack there of, resulted in the deaths of four Americans and then he lied about the whole affair from the start, and has continued to lie and coverup his involvement to this day.

America deserves better than this. America deserves a president that will be a leader and not some cowering narcissist that can’t be bothered with doing his damn job. He’s a disgrace to the office and to the American people.

If you vote for this man again, you are complicit in his crimes and approve of them. I would hope you’d feel shame in that, but if you vote for him, you have no shame and are a weasel in the worst way. The facts of this alone should make you shun him.

It is time for a new President.

Benghazi Culpability: Walls Closing in on Administration
Cross-border authority, an unusual resignation. The truth is coming out.
By Bob Owens

The mainstream media is doing all that it can to avoid reporting on the Obama administration’s cover-up of the Benghazi scandal, where President Obama may have abandoned up to 32 Americans to die.

Fox News is the only mainstream media outlet to undertake a concerted effort into sorting through the spin coming from the White House, and they’ve uncovered some maddening claims — including the latest bombshell, a classified cable from the consulate in August wherein the Regional Security Officer (RSO) warned they were understaffed and under-gunned:

“RSO (Regional Security Officer) expressed concerns with the ability to defend Post in the event of a coordinated attack due to limited manpower, security measures, weapons capabilities, host nation support, and the overall size of the compound,” the cable said.

According to a review of the cable addressed to the Office of the Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, the Emergency Action Committee was also briefed “on the location of approximately ten Islamist militias and AQ training camps within Benghazi … these groups ran the spectrum from Islamist militias, such as the QRF Brigade and Ansar al-Sharia, to ‘Takfirist thugs.’” Each U.S. mission has a so-called Emergency Action Committee that is responsible for security measures and emergency planning.

The details in the cable seemed to foreshadow the deadly Sept. 11 attack on the U.S. compound, which was a coordinated, commando-style assault using direct and indirect fire. Al-Qaeda in North Africa and Ansar al-Sharia, both mentioned in the cable, have since been implicated in the consulate attack.

Benghazi: The Democratic Party Will Be Lucky if Obama Loses
Roger L. Simon

Republican New Jersey Governor Chris Christie made an unwise choice the last few days, throwing in with his new-best-friend Barack Obama. The president’s future does not look great, even if he is reelected, and especially if he is reelected while losing the popular vote, as well could happen.

As a president who was “selected but not elected,” he we will face a whirlwind more vast and even more enduring than Sandy and that whirlwind’s name is Benghazi. He lied to the American people (and to the world) big time about the cause of the deaths of four courageous Americans whose lives were at risk there and, as the French say, mentir est honteux, lying is shameful.

One way or the other, Obama will pay. And as he pays, through the relentless accusations of an impeachment, inevitable or otherwise, his party will be constantly on the defensive, the reputations of their leadership incalculably besmirched. Though they do not realize or choose to ignore it now, the Democrats will be lucky if Obama loses on November 6.One way or the other, Obama will pay. Why Obama Chose to Let Them Die in Benghazi
By KarinMcQuillan

The burning question is why Obama didn’t give orders to defend our consulate and American lives in Benghazi.  The answer is becoming clearer each time President Obama and Secretary of Defense Panetta issue a denial or explanation of their inaction.

To the president’s surprise, he chanced on an honest reporter during a local interview on the campaign trail in Denver.  On October 26, for the first time, Obama was asked directly about the explosive reports on CBS and Fox News, a week earlier, that the CIA and our military denied direct requests for help by the Americans fighting for their lives during the seven-hour battle in Benghazi.

Denver TV’s Kyle Clark twice tried to pin Obama down by asking the key question: “Were they denied requests for help during the attack?”

Obama’s answer is the proof of his guilt, and it gives us a clue as to the doctrine informing his decision to do nothing.  The most damaging part of Obama’s evasive answer is this:

… the minute I found out what was happening, I gave three very clear directives. Number one, make sure that we are securing our personnel and doing whatever we need to. … I guarantee you that everyone in the state department, our military, the CIA, you name it, had number-one priority making sure that people were safe.

…are criminal in and of themselves.

I think these laws should be repealed because they trample on the rights of those who are not in the protected classes. These laws are never applied to those protected classes and therefor should be deemed unconstitutional.

Here’s an excellent article on the matter:

“Hate” Laws are Criminal
Edward Cline

The end of freedom of speech began with the invention of “hate crimes” as a means to deter and punish crimes committed against an individual or members of a designated or protected “minority.” Hate crimes had their conspicuous genesis under the Civil Rights Act of 1968, which criminalized actions against individuals because of their race, color, gender, or national origin. This was the first major step away from treating individuals as individuals, and not as members of groups or tribes, and away from objectively defined crime.
Following it was passage of the Federal Hate Crime Law of 1969 (18 U.S.C.  § 245(B)(2)) which, among other things, clarified or buttressed the definition of resistance to law enforcement officers, including preventing individuals from voting or the like because of their race, color, gender, and so on.
It was followed by the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994, which increased the penalties for “hate crimes.”
This in turn was complemented with the Matthew Shepard and James Byrd, Jr. Hate Crimes Prevention Act of 2009, signed into law by President Barack Obama. (Incidentally, this law was a rider to the controversial National Defense Authorization Act for 2010.) The Act’s name refers to two individuals, one a homosexual tortured to death in Wyoming, and a black man who was tied to the back of a truck in Texas and then decapitated. In neither state existed a hate crime law relevant to their groups, and the perpetrators of both crimes were tried under normal capital crime law. The formal name of the Act was a gratuitous sop to special interest groups for political advantage.
The problem with the idea of a “hate crime” is that it appends an irrelevant motive to an action that would otherwise be treated as a felony, and makes the motive a felony, as well. Further, “hate crimes” are complemented by another invalid concept, “hate speech,” also elevated to the status of a felony, that is, a crime. While criminal actions cannot be divorced from motives, up until recently motives were not punishable as state-defined and state-enforced crimes, only the fact of a criminal action. That is, a criminal action would be the initiation of force against an individual. The end or purpose of the initiation is irrelevant. It could be robbery, rape, or simply the malicious infliction of pain in revenge or as a means of visceral restitution.
This dangerous and totalitarian idea of “hate crime” has naturally migrated into the realm of speech. Now the act of expressing a “negative” stance on Muslims, homosexuals, and other “protected” groups is treated as a “hate crime” compounded by the crime of “hate speech.” Both notions seek to punish the contents of an individual’s mind. However, no matter how repellant those contents, they can never be objectively known, not even when a defendant describes them. To make the contents of one’s mind a legal liability, is a form of thought control.
