…is just that. A myth. No such thing. They violate our laws the second they cross the border, and it continues unabated and aided by the MSM and amnesty advocates alike.

This is a long essay, but well worth your time.

The Myth of the “Otherwise Law-Abiding” Illegal Alien

For years advocates of amnesty and high levels of immigration have described the illegal alien population as one made up of “otherwise law-abiding” people who have committed no violation other than the simple act of crossing a border illegally or overstaying a visa.1 Journalists routinely invoke this language when writing about amnesty, conspicuously avoiding any discussion of the various crimes the average working illegal alien commits. Many politicians have also embraced the myth of the otherwise law-abiding illegal alien in an effort to promote amnesty, arguing that illegal aliens are no threat to the United States.2

But the average illegal alien violates numerous statutes, often creating real victims.

Our Republic will cease to exist if this isn’t stopped. This is not an idle threat. Our freedoms are at stake here. America will fracture over this.

Passage of the Amnesty Bill Will Spell the End of Our Republic

Guest post by James Simpson

On Monday, June 24, 2013, the U.S. Senate passed a cloture motion (which ends debate) on the Schumer-Corker-Hoeven Amendment to the Gang of Eight’s horrifying illegal alien amnesty bill – mislabeled “immigration reform.”

The true purpose of this amnesty proposal is to capture future votes for the Democratic Party. Those who do not acknowledge that blatantly obvious fact either suffer from some debilitating mental illness or are working for the other side.

On rare occasions, even the Left admit the objective. Eliseo Medina, the honorary Chair of the Democratic Socialists of America, and International Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer of the Service Employees International Union (SEIU), said in 2008:

…If we reform the immigration laws, it puts 12 million people on the path to citizenship and eventually voters. Can you imagine if we have …even two out of three, if we get 8 million new voters… we will create a governing coalition for the long term, not just for an election cycle.

The “governing coalition for the long term” refers of course to the “permanent progressive majority” Democrats have fantasized about for decades.

…and the House.

I wrote this to Sen. Feinstein and Sen. Boxer, both of whom I abhor to my core.

I know you won’t listen to me, but I’m going to say it anyway.
NO AMNESTY!
Stop destroying America with foolish legislation that does more harm to America than any other monstrosity you in the Senate have created outside of Obamacare.

Americans need jobs now.
Americans are overwhelmingly against amnesty.
We want our borders secure and we want you to enforce the laws as they are now.

This is a complete failure on your part.
I am disgusted with you and the other clown that calls herself a Senator as well.

I am one pissed off American because I am paying attention to you people destroying this country one amendment at a time.

Do what you said you would do when you swore your oath to the Constitution.
You are a liar and should be tossed out on your ass.

You aren’t listening to us and this one will cost you. No fucking amnesty. Secure the border. That’s all you need to start with.
Secure the border, then you can come back and look at the other issues.

Stop rewarding criminals and their children over America.
America has the right to secure borders and nothing you idiots have done so far has come even close to that.

Not the Senate’s version.

Not the House’s version.

America’s version. Close the borders. Make it a national security priority. 18 months and it could be done.

Stop pandering to criminal illegal aliens.

Feel free to use any of this to write your idiots in the Senate and the House.

…comes from Michelle Malkin’s piece The Amnesty Mob vs. America.

The whole article is a good read.

Here’s the quote:

Rubio, Ryan and other Republicans who’ve made common cause with these welfare-state goons have betrayed fundamental principles of limited government and the rule of law. They’ve allied themselves with the mob. There’s nothing, not one thing, “conservative” about mass illegal alien amnesty. It’s the complete Chicago-ization of America.

…it’s not going to after it’s passed, just like the last amnesty boondoggle that was passed in 1986. The ONLY thing it does is give at least 11 million people who broke our laws amnesty for the privilege of doing so, for no other reason than to give the Democrats another permanent voting block that could change the way this country goes forward, or in the liberal case, assbackwards.

I fear that this country will lose any pretense of freedom under Democrats, and the sheeple will just fall in line and let it happen.

This farce of a bill must be stopped dead in its tracks. If the border is not enforced first and foremost, then this sham of “immigration reform” will just open the floodgates for more people and will be rife with fraud from the word go. It’s a failure before it even starts. And don’t tell me it’s for the children. That fucking line of bullshit doesn’t fly with me.

Morning Bell: Immigration Bill Doesn’t Secure the Border

Must Washington fix our broken southern border? You bet.

Will the comprehensive immigration reform bill help? You bet it won’t.

The number one flaw of the bill is it starts by giving amnesty to the unlawfully present population in the United States. As soon as the bill passes, those in the country contrary to U.S. immigration law are granted status to stay.

Amnesty immediately creates an incentive for illegal border crossings and overstays. Thus, the bill’s strategy would drive up the cost of securing the border. To make matters worse, the draft law states that anyone who was present in the U.S. before 2012 qualifies—creating massive opportunity for fraud, since there is no proof required that applicants have been here for several years.

While supporters of the bill trumpet its “border security” features, in reality, the law delivers nothing new—other than the promise of spending a lot more money and running up our debt.

…from happening.

This is a failure of epic proportions.

ICE ex-chief: Nondeport rules would’ve spared 9/11 hijackers

The former chief of deportations in the Bush administration will testify to Congress on Tuesday that President Obama’s new nondeportation policies would have let the Sept. 11 hijackers remain in the country even if they had been picked up in the months before their deadly attacks.

And the current chief of the union that represents Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents will tell the House Judiciary Committee that ICE agents are now required to wait until most illegal immigrants have three misdemeanor convictions before they can be arrested and put in deportation proceedings.

“Most Americans would be surprised to know that immigration agents are regularly prohibited from enforcing the two most fundamental sections of United States immigration law,” said Chris Crane, president of National Immigration and Customs Enforcement Council. “According to ICE policy, in most cases, immigration agents can no longer arrest persons solely for entering the United States illegally.”

…dead in its tracks.
“Comprehensive immigration reform” is just code for amnesty. Don’t be fooled by the rhetoric.
Obama wants the amnesty to happen without closing the borders. He’s a lying scumbag.

It’s all bullshit.

…sue DHS over illegal immigration amnesty.
I hope they are successful, but I kind of doubt it with this political football.

Judicial Watch has also filed a law suit against Obama for bypassing Congress with the Executive Order.

This lawless administration must be brought to justice, not just fired.

Immigration agents file suit against Napolitano over ‘amnesty’ program
By Shannon Bream

Ten federal immigration agents have filed suit against Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano claiming recent directives are forcing them to break the law and ignore their duties when it comes to deporting illegal immigrants.

The suit was filed Thursday in Texas federal court by Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials. It challenges recent directives allowing some illegal immigrants — particularly non-felons and those who came to the U.S. as children — to stay and, in some cases, get work permits.

The suit, obtained by Fox News, says the agents are being forced to “violate federal law.” It says the new directive “unconstitutionally usurps and encroaches upon the legislative powers of Congress.” ICE Director John Morton is also named as a defendant.

Congress has refused to enforce the law of the land. By allowing this usurpation of the law by a lawless president, they condone the action. Fire them all.

Amnesty for illegal aliens begins today and Congress couldn’t care less
By , Kristen Williams

This lazy August morning while many Americans are on vacation blissfully detached from current events, one of President’s Obama’s most radical transformations of the American landscape takes hold. A lawless, unlegislated illegal alien amnesty becomes reality today as the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) begins to officially accept applications (no personal interview required) from almost 2 million illegal aliens seeking “deferred action.”

Americans won’t like the amnesty and they won’t like how it was done, but they’re not to blame.  Only Congress has the power to act against a president who throws the constitutional system into chaos by nullifying the laws Congress has enacted and governs by imperial edicts. Congress is out of town now, but frankly, even when they were in town they were out of touch and unwilling to challenge President Obama’s usurpation of their exclusive plenary authority over immigration policy.

Today’s amnesty is the dénouement of the backdoor tactics this president has been peddling since taking office and should have been no surprise to Congress.

…we have this little nugget.

Let’s pretend you’re an ICE agent.
Let’s pretend your job is to arrest illegal aliens.
Let’s pretend you did just that, you know, your job. You arrested an illegal alien who had 10 traffic violations already.

Let’s see how your bosses react:

The unidentified agent could face a three-day suspension after he arrested a 35-year-old illegal immigrant from Mexico who had as many as 10 traffic violations.

So now we ask ourselves, WTF?

Are you kidding me?

I am certain that this has Obama’s fingerprints all over it. His backdoor amnesty is a direct cause of this.

This shit has got to stop. The US government is pandering to the Hispanics so much that this is the shit that passes for protect and defend the Constitution? I am disgusted beyond belief.

Here’s the story:

Sen. Sessions wants answers as ICE agent faces suspension for illegal immigrant arrest

Sen. Jeff Sessions, R-Ala., is demanding answers after a report surfaced that a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent is facing punishment for arresting an illegal immigrant.

The unidentified agent could face a three-day suspension after he arrested a 35-year-old illegal immigrant from Mexico who had as many as 10 traffic violations.

The agent was ordered by supervisors to release the individual because he was not a “priority target.” When the officer balked, he was threatened with a three-day suspension and the illegal alien was let go.

A couple things need to happen here.

1. Fire the moron that gave him the ultimatum.

2. Fire the moron above him.

3. Cease any and all pandering to illegal Mexicans. They can’t vote for anyone legally, so stop.
